I have been competing since 2010 till 2016 without any guidance, just with my own knowledge of nutrition & training. I have been a JLab athlete for 4 years since 2017 till now. With the guidance of coach Jules I have been a competitive athlete under JLab in 2017 and 2018 competitive year. It terms of my physique goal I have been able to add 9kg of stage weight between 2016 and 2017.
My JLAB experience has gotten me to my best with just using the basic fundamentals of training and nutrition its also allowed me to learn a lot. The thing I like about the programs is that they are all individualized. In term of communication with coach Jules, I would normally do weekly updates, he would check up on me every second to third day and that would allow him to change my programs week to second week depending on how my body responds. The only way I learned a lot from JLab principles is by leaving my knowledge out the door and being willing to learn as much as I can.
With the supplement & nutritional part I’ve see that JLab offers a vast amount of information and it has also taught me a lot on what works for me. I have also learned about making the right food choice so I can have a healthier outlook on my food choice.
The training program that I’ve been on with JLab allow me to be train smart with strict form but increase my total workout intensity by adding different training tips.
